Mango Sticky Rice Tarts
My version of a Thai dessert that’s one of my favorites, in tart form:
If you’re not familiar with the original, it usually looks like this!:
Mine consists of a sesame pâte sucrée shell, filled with chewy steamed sticky rice soaked in a salted coconut cream, topped with a light mango panna cotta dome and crowned with the traditional garnish of crispy yellow mung beans.
